• a. 4 Man Team AM Flight – $1,000.00
  Register yourself and bring 3 other team members with you.
  If you'd like to register more than one team, repeat this process and USE A DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE NEXT TEAM.
• b. 4 Man Team PM Flight – $1,000.00
  Register yourself and bring 3 other team members with you.

• c. Raffle Sponsor – $200.00
  Golf Committee will purchase gift for you. Company name/logo will be tagged on item. If you prefer to bring a raffle item instead, please contact Jessica Dexter at jessica@wwjdconsulting.com
• d. Swag Item Sponsor – $500.00
  Your company will get to put one item into the goodie bag that will be given to every golfer. Item must be smaller than (or equal to) a hat (estimating 300 count).
• e. Driving Range Sponsorship – $250.00
  Driving Range Sponsorship Includes: signage at the driving range.
• f. Hole Sponsor (Includes one Team) – $2,000.00
  Hole Sponsorship includes: One Team of 4, Logo on main banner, Allowed to set up a Canopy Tent at tee box for both flights.
  
  No cook trailers allowed. Snacks can be brought in (All drinks will need to be purchased from Hogan)
• g. Cook Trailer Sponsor (Includes one Team) – $3,000.00
  Cook Sponsorship includes: One Team of 4, Logo on main banner, and permission to set up a cook trailers at tee box for the whole day.
  (All drinks will need to be purchased from Hogan. Cook trailer MUST be set up the day before the event.)

• h. Breakfast Sponsor – $3,000.00
  Breakfast Sponsorship includes company logo on promotional material and on main banner at the event as well as a canopy/tent set up near clubhouse and pavilion for the event.

• i. Photography Sponsor (Includes one Team) – $4,000.00
  The Photography Sponsorship will include company logo on all photos and video and one 4-man team.
• j. Pavilion Cook Sponsor (Includes one Team) – $5,000.00
  Sponsorship includes: One Team of 4, Logo on main banner, Allowed to set up a cook trailer at Pavilion to serve lunch. (All drinks will need to be purchased from Hogan)

• k. Title Goodie Bag Sponsor (Includes one Team) – $5,000.00
  Goodie Bag Sponsorship Includes: Logo on sponsor banner, Logo on goodie bag, provide two items for goodie bag, and 4 Man Team.
• l. Golf Cart Sponsor – $3,000.00
  Sponsorship includes logo on promotional materials and signage on golf carts and one 4-man team.
• Volunteer
  We will need volunteers for set up on June 9, registration and during play on June 10, and for take down/clean up on June 10.
  
  Volunteers will get special recognition at the event.
