a. 4 Man Team AM Flight – $1,000.00
Register yourself and bring 3 other team members with you. Every player will receive a pair of golf shoes.
If you'd like to register more than one team, repeat this process and USE A DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE NEXT TEAM.
b. 4 Man Team PM Flight – $1,000.00
Register yourself and bring 3 other team members with you. Every player will receive a pair of golf shoes.

c. Raffle Sponsor – $200.00
Golf Committee will purchase gift for you. Company name/logo will be tagged on item. If you preferr to bring a raffle item instead please contact Adam Perkins aperkins@nvindt.com
d. Swag Item Sponsor – $250.00
Your company will get to put one item into the goodie bag that will be given to every golfer. Item must be smaller than (or equal to) a hat (estimating 300 count).
e. Driving Range Sponsorship – $250.00
Driving Range Sponsorship Includes: signage at the driving range.
f. Hole Sponsor (Includes one Team) – $2,000.00
Hole Sponsorship includes: One Team of 4, Logo on main banner, Allowed to set up a Canopy Tent at tee box, no cook trailers allowed. Snacks can be brought in (All drinks will need to be purchased from Hogan)
g. Cook Trailer Sponsor (Includes one Team) – $3,000.00
Cook Sponsorship includes: One Team of 4, Logo on main banner, and permission to set up a cook trailers at tee box.
(All drinks will need to be purchased from Hogan. Cook trailer MUST be set up the day before the event.)

h. Photographer Sponsor (Includes one Team) – $4,000.00
The Photographer Sponsorship will include logo on all photos, and a 4 man team.
i. Title Goodie Bag Sponsor (Includes one Team) – $5,000.00
Goodie Bag Sponsorship Includes: Logo on sponsor banner, Logo on goodie bag, provide two items for goodie bag, and 4 Man Team.

Our 5th Annual PBAP Golf Tournament will occur at Hogan golf course in Midland TX on monday, June 12, 2023

Two Flights: 8 AM & 1 PM (registration and meal provided one hour prior to each flight)

Format: 4-person scramble

(Each player hits a tee shot on each hole and the team selects the best shot. All players play from that spot and continue this method on each shot until the hole is completed.)

Location: Hogan Golf Course

All drinks (Alcohol & non-Alcohol) must be purchased from Hogan.

Rental clubs (10 sets) are available at the course for a nominal fee ($35).

Personal golf carts allowed! But no ATVs or UTVs.

Registration for this event will be open to MEMBERS ONLY.
