Brandyn Littleton from Terracon

Brandyn Littleton is a Professional Wetland Scientist and manages Terracon's Environmental Planning Group in Dallas/Fort Worth office. He has 15 years' experience in environmental consulting, focusing on assessments of wetlands/WOTUS and USACE coordination.

He will be speaking about how the USACE/EPA Rules and Guidance pertaining to wetlands/WOTUS and the implementation of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) have been continually evolving since their inception. A proposed WOTUS rule was recently published in the Federal Register on February 14, 2019. We’ll discuss this proposed rule, earlier iterations (1986, 2008, 2015) and how the changes may effect pipeline projects.
